Reporting to the production and QC Manager or Assistant QC Manager, the QC Inspector is responsible and accountable in ensuring the quality and integrity of Deckers' footwear products that are produced and shipped out from partner production factories through incoming materials screening audits, materials and FST Lab testing review and audit, RS, ESC, Product Security audit, regular in-process production audits and final goods inspections. He is also tasked to monitor production orders schedule versus ex-factory commitments. He shall also be acting as the lead inspector where he has a QC inspector working with him in his factory assignment besides closely monitoring and guiding the Certified Factory QC (CFQC) , if any.

To drive the development and commercialization of Footwear upper materials and trims from seasonal material brief hand-off to Tech 1 and Ready to Buy (RTB) approval for all UGG products to elevate upper material executions in creating world class performance Footwear. Provide professional support and technical expertise as well as UGG brand specific knowledge to both US and Asia partners to support the brand's seasonal and long-term goals

The position reports to Costing Manager and works with BU and Brands to ensure reasonable costs are in place to cost product at target margin requirements. Accomplish CBS and price reporting accurately and on time. Position assists manager to standardize costs and improve costing efficiency

To drive the Development process from product brief receipt to Tech 1 and Ready to Buy (RTB) approval for assigned HOKA seasonal projects. Responsible in driving and auditing factories on the proper implementation and compliance to all global quality programs. To work with Deckers Production/QC Team to ensure that all Deckers factories are implementing properly all the required quality process controls.

Drive the Dev-Com process from prototypeTech-Pack receipt to initial production. Facilitate communication & collaboration with key stakeholders at all times to drive decision-making. Ensure projects meet the brand & consumer needs and can be mass produced on time at targeted costs. Strive for continuous improvement in all areas of Dev-Com cycle.
