    Position Overview: The purpose of Footwear Fitting Model (Women size of US 6B) is to provide feedback of the fit, comfort, style, and quality of the footwear. The feedback is used for Footwear Technicians, Designers and Developers and Service Providers to improve the product and ensure customer satisfaction. The Footwear Fitting Model may also participate in photos shoots, wear testing and other activities related to the footwear fitting and usage. Report to: Director, Technical Footwear Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Footwear Technicians, Product Developers and Designers to evaluate fit, comfort, and performance of footwear during prototypes, sales samples, approval samples, grading tests and production stages. Partner to Footwear Technicians for new last e new construction development, assessment, and correction. Provide honest and constructive feedback on the fit, comfort, style, and quality of the footwear product. Identify and provide any issues or defects with the footwear fit. Follows instructions on how to fit and wear the footwear. Maintain a professional and cooperative attitude during fitting sessions. Maintain foot care. Update and maintain detailed fitting approval records. Be reliable, punctual, professional, and courteous with workmates, customers, and suppliers. Daily perform in-line inspection for monitoring procedure of products. Work on root cause analysis and action plan with SP for all quality issues are caught on lines. In the meanwhile, report it to line-manager. Review samples and ES & CS reports as well as QLA to stress key points report to SP Review pre-production trial and hold pre-production meeting with SP. Approve Packing Instruction for all new styles and updated PI for flat packing. Conduct FG audit based on FG audit parameter To follow up weak area which called out in walkthrough report and push SP to improve Conduct IQC audit to audit factory IQC process.
