We are looking for a Footwear Developer to become part of the worlds' fastest growing sports company. You will be responsible for the entire development and commercialization process of both new and existing footwears from an approved design brief in collaboration with factory development, commercialization, and technical teams. You will have the unique opportunity to be in On's development team in Vietnam while working closely with the product creation team in Switzerland.

Your story
- A bachelor's degree in product design, development, manufacturing, or a related field
- At least 5 years' experience in footwear development, specifically in footwear engineering and manufacturing
- Knowledge of industry tooling processes, including 2D/3D CAD and CAM, proficient in Adobe Illustrator. Strong knowledge of pattern engineering, tooling processes, and mold making
- Experience with the development of new footwear materials and innovative manufacturing techniques
- Detail oriented with strong organizational, work ethic, and teamwork skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Can work under high pressure and have a willingness to travel overseas and domestically
