- Conduct analysis and to identify and thus translate users requirements into effective IT solutions for product development applications. (Footwear & Apparel). Prepare user requirement specification for development, prepare and manage user testing cases for User Acceptance Testing and Implementation
- Provide support to Product Development key users. Prepare user training material and conduct user training for product development applications under APAC region
- Support User Requirements Analysis: Support to analyze new requirements beneficial to users on product development IT systems in coordination with the IT and Business Solutions team
- Communicate the requirements with Technical & Development & Business Solutions in HQ & HK: Communicate and convey new business requirements to HQ & HK technical support and development teams
- Develop and manage testing strategies and plan: Participate the User Acceptance Testing to deliver solution according to the users requirement with good quality
- Perform testing on article master and product development applications to support deployment of new releases & user support and feedback (to both internal colleagues and factory users)
- Primary contact for IT issues regarding the area of Product Development applications and provide key user support with ability to troubleshoot problems
- Review change requests and coordinate with the technical development and analysis/Business Solutions team from HQ and HK for delivery and testing
- Use ticketing system to log incidents and user account maintenance (article master system). Prepare user manual and update with new releases
- Degree in Computer Science or IT related Subjects
- 3+ years experience in sourcing, trading, and IT product development applications support
- User support and help desk experience, solid experience in system analysis, experience in system testing
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Prefer working experience in Footwear and Apparel industry
- Familiar with Product Development and Sourcing process & applications
- Relentless and versatile learner. Customer focus. Reliable and attention to details

Profile
