Track/update information on merchandise shipments such as part/ material/dimensions (weight of gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, etc.) for each shipment after receiving data from the operation department. Provide commodity name in Vietnamese for customs declaration. Provide it to Operations and accountant department of Party B to upload in the VAT system. Monitoring and Documentation - ensures all shipments are tracked and files according to shipping document are being filed accordingly for proper archiving and doc reference. Coordinate with Operations for after-sale cases that are shipped out to repair center in oversea or domestic, with and without warranty, including preparing service agreements and spare parts information. Follow up with shippers and accounting team to clarify payment methods and revise shipping invoice (if necessary). Other Logistics matters (Duties/Taxes monitoring, Lab inspection, Testing, checking permit application, Price consultation, post-customs clearance inspection, food touch, conformity certificate, etc) - attend to all logistics-related inquiries of internal and external parties. Prepare sale contract of merchandise/ holding asset agreements for TIB shipments and return agreements.
