    Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Footwear Production Operations to oversee the end-to-end production process, from Comm to mass manufacturing. This role is critical in ensuring product quality, on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and strong vendor/factory relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in footwear production, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of factory operations and supply chain logistics. This role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and will require extensive travel to vendor locations across northern and southern Vietnam, as well as Cambodia. Candidate will be an industry SME with extensive knowledge of Vietnan and Cambodian footwear manufacturing, a person able to operate within a group or on their own - a driver of quality first mindset and modern manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire footwear production process From T4 to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Manage relationships with domestic and international factories and vendors, ensuring capacity planning and compliance.
